Meet Dr. Shelby Kirts DDS

Dr. Shelby Kirts is a biochemistry graduate from Purdue University and holds a doctorate from IU School of Dentistry. As an active member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and East Central Dental Society, Dr. Kirts is committed to providing high-quality dental care to her patients here at Wilhoite Family Dental.

Dr. Kirts is passionate about partnering with her patients at Wilhoite Family Dental to improve their oral and overall health while creating a comfortable and enjoyable dental experience. Dr. Kirts was drawn to dentistry for its hands-on and artistic aspects and enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level.

Dr. Kirts loves the small-town community of Muncie and feels grateful for how welcoming everyone was when she moved here. When not working, Dr. Kirts likes to spend time with her husband and two dogs, engaging in house and yard projects, kayaking, and reading.

In addition to her dental work, Dr. Kirts is also an accomplished violinist and an animal lover.
